Hi! We're Misa & Line.
We're a small business of two moms with a passion for decorating for your special event. What started as balloons for our own kids' birthdays turned into arches for hotels, cafés, elementary schools and a whole lot of very happy two-year-olds.
Because it's just the two of us, you're never handed off to a crew you've never met. We answer your messages, we design your setup, and we're the ones on the ladder the morning of your party.

How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and around the holidays — but always ask. Message us with your date and we'll tell you straight away whether we can make it work.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Palm Harbor and work across Tampa Bay — Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and beyond. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
How much does a balloon garland cost?
It depends on length, colors and whether you'd like a backdrop, foil balloons or a neon sign alongside it. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll come back with a price for your setup.
How long do the balloons last?
An air-filled garland indoors will hold up for days — often a week or more. Outdoors in Florida sun and heat is harder on them, so we plan those for the day of your event and build with that in mind.
What do you need from me?
Your date, where it's happening, and any colors or themes you've fallen in love with. A photo of your invitation or a screenshot from Pinterest is perfect — we'll take it from there.
Can you match my exact colors?
That's our favorite part. Send us your invitation, your company's brand colors, or a photo of the dress — we'll build the palette around it.
